The biggest risk in a redesign is not the design. It is launching a new site and watching years of Google rankings disappear because pages moved, content was cut or redirects were skipped. We treat that as part of the job:
Every page on the old site is listed and mapped to its new home before the build starts.
Old URLs redirect permanently to the new pages, including the ones only Google remembers.
Pages and content that bring in search traffic are kept and improved, not replaced for the sake of it.
Titles, descriptions, headings, structured data and internal links are rebuilt on the new site.
Sitemap, Search Console, analytics and tracking are verified on launch day, and rankings are watched in the weeks after.

Redesigns run in the same four to eight weeks as a new build, and the old site stays live until the new one is ready. We start with the audit and the URL map, design and build the new site on a staging address, move the content, test everything including the redirects, and launch in a window that suits your business. After launch we check Search Console and the rankings for the pages that matter most, and fix anything that moves.
