Builders and carpenters. Decks, pergolas, renovations and extensions sell on photos and on proof of the suburbs you have worked in. For Trademark Construction we built 19 service pages and 12 suburb pages that link to each other, every one ending in a free measure and quote.
Roofers. Roof restorations, replacements, leak repairs and gutter work, with before-and-after galleries and the search and Google Ads set-up that took Zenith Roofing from 12 to 65 phone calls in the same six weeks two years apart.
Removalists. Quote accuracy is the whole game, so the Chad Removals site has a 145-item volume calculator and online booking, and its average Google position went from 26.9 to 8.4 in a year.

Electricians
Pages for the jobs that get searched (switchboard upgrades, EV chargers, safety inspections, emergency call-outs), licence number and insurance on every page, and a quote form that asks the three questions you need before you can price a job.

Plumbers
Emergency plumbing gets its own page and its own phone-first layout, because that searcher is standing in water. Hot water, blocked drains, gas fitting and bathroom renovations each get a page, with suburb coverage so you show for the job plus the suburb.

Every other trade
Landscapers, painters, tilers, fencing, cleaning, pest control and air conditioning: the same structure works for every trade and home service, one page per job, suburb coverage, proof and a quote form. CC Facilities went from a generic cleaning website to a structured site with clear service pages and streamlined quote requests, and the Streamlined Energy site was redesigned to reflect the company's electrical and energy capabilities.
