A secure online care platform enabling prescriptions, payments and telehealth

WebDoctor is an Australian service that allows patients to access quality healthcare online. The team engaged Adcraft to design and develop a secure website that supports identity and Medicare verification, telehealth bookings, and compliant online payments—while keeping the experience simple for patients on mobile and desktop. We built a bespoke site with clear service pathways and custom functionality to request and receive prescriptions online, including eligibility prompts and streamlined re‑ordering. The UX prioritises privacy, clarity and next steps, with content and interface patterns written in plain language. We complemented the build with graphics that reinforce credibility and ease of use across the journey. The result is a robust platform that connects patients with practitioners through a friction‑light flow from verification to consultation to fulfilment.
