01Introduction
Medical compression, made simple to choose and buy.
CompressFit is the Australian home of Avicenum and Royal Bay, two European compression labels made by ARIES in the Czech Republic.
The range was strong, but buying it was not simple. Medical compression is sold by class and measured in mmHg, some garments need a prescription, sizing depends on several measurements, and the same store has to serve clinical patients and runners alike.
Adcraft created the CompressFit brand identity and a custom ecommerce website from the ground up, with one aim: help people find the right garment quickly and buy it with confidence.

02Brand identity
A clinical product with a calm, premium voice.
The identity is built around a mark of interlocking arcs that meet at the centre, a quiet nod to pressure applied evenly around a limb.
A soft gradient from clinical blue to a warm red carries the brand, set against ink and a warm sand rather than hospital white, so a medical product feels reassuring instead of clinical. Instrument Serif gives headlines an editorial, premium feel.
Overpass and Inter keep labels, sizes and product details crisp and easy to read. The system was built to work beyond the screen too, from stationery to product tags.

03Ecommerce website
A store organised the way customers think.
Customers can shop by compression level, by what they need it for, or by brand.
Class 1 garments need no prescription, while Class 2 and Class 3 are clearly marked as prescription garments from the first click. Travel, sport, post surgery, maternity, lymphoedema and everyday wear each have their own collection.
Product pages show the garment uncropped on a soft sand tint, so even white stockings stay visible. Size, length and colour are chosen with simple chips, and combinations a garment is not made in are struck out rather than left to fail at the cart. When a size is out of stock, customers can ask to be emailed the moment it returns, and the store sends that email automatically.

04Prescriptions and wholesale
The hard parts of medical retail, built into the checkout.
Prescription garments are bought like any other product.
Customers upload their prescription at checkout, it is stored privately and reviewed by the CompressFit clinical team before the order is dispatched. Once verified, the prescription is saved to the customer's account for 12 months, so repeat orders do not need a new upload.
Clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, allied health practitioners and sporting stores can apply for a wholesale account. Approved accounts see their trade price next to the recommended retail price across the store, and skip the prescription step. Delivery uses live Australia Post rates with free shipping over $250, and payments run through Stripe with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

05Launch
A store the client's own team can run.
CompressFit opened to the public in October 2026 with 48 products across Avicenum and Royal Bay.
Behind the store, the team works from purpose-built admin screens and a written store manual: verifying prescriptions, approving wholesale accounts, following up stock requests and printing Australia Post labels, without touching raw WordPress settings. Every product, category and brand launched with its own search title and description, product schema and a sitemap submitted for indexing, so the store is ready to be found from day one.
